    Are there fitness facilities provided?

    Yes, a 24/7 Fully-equipped Gymnasium is provided for our guests. We also have an outdoor swimming pool and a kids pool

    Is Internet access provided?

    Complimentary wifi access is available throughout the property

    What is the check-in time?

    The check-in time is from 2pm

    What is the check-out time?

    The check-out time is at 12 noon.  Should you like to request for a late check out, kindly check with our Client relations executive.

    What time is breakfast served?

    From 6:30 AM

    What are the available dining options?

    The fully-equipped kitchen provides you with the convenience to cook in your apartment. Alternatively, an all-day dining restaurant, a pool side restaurant is located in the property and in-room dining is available as well. There are a couple of resturants around, simply check with our Client relations Executive and they will gladly recommend them to you.

    Are laundry services provided?

    Yes, laundry services are provided and are chargeable. Some of our apartments are equipped with washer/dryer.

    What are the type of beds provided?

    We have rooms with  King Bed 200x180cm, Queen size 200x173cm and Twin 200x80cm

    Are baby cots and extra beds available?

    Complimentary baby cots are available upon request.

    Are newspapers provided?

    National newspapers are available upon request and are complimentary

    Are the residences handicap-friendly?

    Yes, We do have an apartment specifically designed for persons in wheelchairs, there is ample room to allow wheelchair mobility. We have also well trained staff whom will be delighted in assisting and facilitating access to our guests when required.

    Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?

    Free parking is available on-site

    Is airport shuttle service provided?

    We do not provide shuttle service to the airport. However, we will be able to arrange Limousine or Taxi service upon request.

    What is the reception operating hours?

    The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.

    Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in?

    Yes, you may leave your luggage with our concierge.

    Where is the closest bank, ATM and exchange office located?

    We have an in-house ATM and several banks are located just a minute away.

    What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type?

    Our apartments can accommodate up to 4 guests depending on the apartment category. There is a maximum amount of guests per apartment allowed by Health and Safety regulations.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Varying cancellation policies apply to each promotion. If you require any further information, feel free to contact us.

    Are pets allowed?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed within the premises of the property.
